Fergus is a former British soldier who works as a private security contractor in Iraq. When his closest friend Frankie is killed while working in Baghdad, Fergus refuses to accept the official explanation of his death. Haunted by their shared experiences and convinced that something does not add up, he returns to Liverpool determined to uncover what really happened.
As Fergus investigates Frankie’s final days, he discovers disturbing evidence suggesting that his friend’s death may have been connected to the dangerous and secretive world of private military contractors.
